Without support, young people leaving care are at higher risk of experiencing homelessness, unemployment, and mental health issues.
We work alongside care experts to provide Leaving Care to young people who are moving out of foster homes.
The transition from care to independence can be daunting and challenging. Through housing and support from the TKB Housing team we can help ensure that young people have the foundation they need to thrive in adulthood.
